The posted question didnt say it had to be doable.

It's hard enough getting the death penalty for physical murder not to talk about getting it for the murder of someone's spirit/trust. It'd involve a great deal of re-education to say the least.

Rape of any kind (child or adult)
Adultery
Plotted murder (NOT soldiers/self defence/revenge for murder handled poorly by the system)
