what if cms turn voiced chat off while they're active? this way if there are any problems the cm can turn it back on. i don't know if this will increase chat activity but it's worth a try. cms will just have to remember to turn it back on once they leave

problem with this is it requires mods to be active in order to voice users. how will you know mods will be on more if they weren't before? no voiced chat also requires mods to be on if the spambots continue so i guess you have to pick the better of the two. one fix to the problem is promoting active...
