If they hurt you by your emotions then it's not worth the time to cry, eat, be depressed over a person that doesn't deserver you in anyway, cuz if they are your friend and truly love you they wouldn't love you and if you got hurt physically just tell a adult or some that could help you but hitting them back is not the answer!! Anyway, if they're your best friend and told your deep secret, tell their deep secret. If they were your dating partner, and they broke up with you, find a knew person, flurt with them, and your ex gets all mad.

really depends on what kind of hurt you are talking about? The best thing is try to talk it through with the person if that is at all possible. If not, then just try to put it aside and get on with life.

I agree with fwg commetn it is 90% true 
to add to the comment:
1 . dont get into depression
2. dont feel guilty
3. dont play tricks with yourslef if you have not done anything wrong
4. eats lots (dont lose weight for that) ---> you will gain weight
5. relax and talk with your old friends and stuff...
6. stay away from people like psychopath
7. dont start killing yourself
