Dating on the internet is hollow and sometimes pointless. Besides why not date in real life? Anyway, I think dating on the internet is a sign of being desperate. Now don't get me wrong here, I know there are some cases where there is a happy ending involved but, you never know. If two people meet up in real life, they might not see what they like or they might end up being kidnapped etc etc.
