a) it isnt safe... u dnt kno who they r, they mite say they r a 13 yr old uy but rlly b a 51 yr old pedofile, or they mite evan be a 13 yr old girl O.o
b) it is against the rules, u can get banned pretty fast frum this if u date on fwg
