Um, I would say yes, to an extent. If you made a short glance and judged, or rated her, it would be okay, but if you just stared at her, then that wouldn't be ok. Especially if your girlfriend was there and found out, or if the girl you were staring at found out.

Finding someone attractive is something you can't help, so enjoying someone's face (or other assets) isn't too bad.
