Speaking as a girl, I think it's best that a guy ask the girl. If both people don't have a problem with the girl making the first move, then great. But in most cases that I've seen, the guy making the first move is best. If a girl really likes a guy, then drop hints! If he doesn't act on those hints... he probably doesn't like you, or you're not being clear enough.

alot of guys these days are so unsure ad insecure. so if the girls asks them out it will turn the whimpering guy into a man lol

Its ok.. but i think its better the guy ask the girl out.. because its weird like mr. green
