Cooking,eh? Well, for cooking fried eggs, u should put 2 teaspoons of salt for each egg. Add a few drops of oil on the pan, and cook!
While a middle finger bomb would make problems and solve them all in a second, a peach shaped bomb would only make happiness....them kill millions of lives and cause grief and sorrow for 50 years.

Chicken Marinade

Prep Time:
15,Min Cook Time:
12,Min Ready In:
4 Hrs 30 Min


Ingredients
1 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 tablespoon cooking sherry 3 tablespoons brown sugar 3 cloves garlic, crushed 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves.


Directions
1.In a medium bowl, mix soy sauce, vegetable oil, sherry, brown sugar, and garlic. Pour into a large resealable bag. Place chicken in the bag, and shake to coat. Marinate in the refrigerator at least 4 hours.
2.Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat, and lightly oil grate.
3.Place chicken on the prepared grill. Cook 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until no longer pink and juices run clear. Discard remaining marinade.

Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
•1/2 can pure pumpkin (I use ED Smith)

•2 eggs

•1 cup packed brown sugar

•1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

•1/2 tsp. nutmeg

•1/4 tsp. ginger

•1/4 tsp. salt

•3/4 cup evaporated milk

•1 nine inch pie shell

Directions
Beat eggs slightly in a medium size bowl. Add brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and salt. Mix until combined. Stir in evaporated milk then pour into pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Decrease temp. to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 30-35 minutes.And don't forget the whipped cream.

Chocalate Chip Cookies

Prep Time:

Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened 1 cup white sugar 1 cup packed brown sugar 2 eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 3 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 2 teaspoons hot water 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips 1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2.Cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Dissolve baking soda in hot water. Add to batter along with salt. Stir in flour, chocolate chips, and nuts. Drop by large spoonfuls onto ungreased pans.
3.Bake for about 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are nicely browned.

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
3 cups grated carrots
1 cup chopped pecans

1/2 cup butter, softened
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
4 cups confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
2.In a large bowl, beat together eggs, oil, white sugar and 2 teaspoons vanilla. Mix in flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Stir in carrots. Fold in pecans. Pour into prepared pan.
3.Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely.
4.To Make Frosting: In a medium bowl, combine butter, cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Stir in chopped pecans. Frost the cooled cake.
