Hey, can someone give me a recipe that CURES colds? I had one 2 years ago but I don't remember it... My symptoms are: Blocked left nostril, dry/throaty cough, inflammed nose and sorish throat.

just get some tea. it does wonders. maybe try some green tea with a few drops of vanella flavoring and a spoon full of honey.

Ok, go get some veeerrryyy spicy food
drink lots and lots of water
get some fresh air, but no actual excersize, just sit outside
use a new toothbrush when your cold goes away
