For the record,it may not be lukia. You see,the name is:
Nine Talls NAruto. Ill put that in caps in two ways to get what i mean:
1) NINE TAILS NARUTO (same user here,no change) BUT:
2) NINE TALLS NARUTO (the letter that seems to be a capital "i",is actually an "L",in lowercase)
Old trick,not saying there is no chance lukia hacked his own name,but it lowers the possibilities...

Hito already cleared up the issue. He said that there is no hacker, that both Nine's are the same person.
