Academy of War:The Unwilling Prisoner

Postby ghost 9 » 06 Dec 2012, 11:28

The Light Hexan began to shake his head as he awoke. "Welcome back." Ghost said with a grin. The Light Hexan remained silent, looking at the restraints that held him down, and stopped his hands from regrowing. "Not going to say anything?" Ghost asked mockingly. "How rude." Still the Hexan remained silent, looking around the room to see his surroundings. "Even if you got out of those restraints, and regrew your hands, you would still have to fight me and my comrades, something that you would not survive. I alone killed your other three friends; imagine how easy it would be to deal with you? Tell me where to find the Light Hexans" Ghost said impatiently. "Start talking or I will rip your mind open, take what I need, and alter your memories to haunting masses." Ghost threatened. The Light Hexan flinched, and then continued to remain silent. "Fine. Then you've forced my hand." Ghost said with a frown. He put his hand on the Light Hexan's head, and began to get to work, the Light Hexan cried out in agony, and then went limp. His very essence being drained and corrupted to Ghost's will.

They retreated into Light Hexan territory like we thought. Ghost thought to the headmaster. We're gearing up to attack them, but I'd like to have the Imperial Brigade with me before I do. Ghost stood waiting for a reply. They'll be here shortly, along with the general. Be patient, and soon we'll be able to deal a good blow before the war even starts. The headmaster replied with a certain glee. Good. We'll regroup and get to planning. If we work this out properly, we might not loose a single warrior. Our power grows with each passing day, and by the time we reach the Light Hexans, they'll not be able to stand a remote chance against us. When we finally get that stone, entire armies will flee from our power. Ghost said with certain madness. Your lust for power and fame will help put the Dark Hexan's on top, and help us to exterminate them as a threat to us. The headmaster commented with an air of amusement. Let me know when they get here. Ghost said, and then walked from where he was into the study with the rest of the group. "So?" Josh asked him as he sat down. "He'll let us know when they get here." Ghost told him.

"So these are the shining students you were telling us about? Light Hexan muts." the general said, looking at the group as they stood before him. "You might be powerful, but my power alone can best yours, general." Ghost said expressionless. "That's true indeed. You've amassed quite the power over the period you've been here, but through the kindness and cooperation of the military. You should stay in our good gracias." The general replied shortly. Ghost chuckled aloud, and shook his head in amusement. "Is something funny, mut?" The general said. "Yes, you are." Ghost said, still laughing. The general withdrew a mace, and swung it at him. Ghost side stepped the mace, move the blade up the length of the mace, and cut off 3 of the generals fingers. The general dropped his blade, and fell back, infuriated. "Happy?" Ghost asked. The general got up, as his fingers grew back. "Let’s see how you do without the aid of the military!" The general said flustered. Ghost looked to the headmaster, and asked "Can't generals be replaced if someone stronger than them kills them?" "It's an archaic law, but one we have to follow, yes." The head master replied. Ghost withdrew his blade, and pointed it at the general. "I suggest you pick up your mace so you have a fighting chance. I hereby challenge your position as general of the Dark Hexan military. "You are not a pure Dark Hexan, mut. You can make no such challenge." The general said with disgust. "He's a Dark Hexan citizen, and that's the only requisite." The headmaster said, with a bemused expression. Shocked, the general slowly picked his mace up...
