Nah,for the simple reason that things can exist in space. If space was the absence of matter, nothing would exist there.
And btw,anything concerning gravity and antimatter may NOT be used by others. Its not possible to just "have to use them", as they are close to no other power at all. No power is even close to the powers of antimatter and gravity,and that's why it's impossible to have any of them.

shadow. what do you call the area BETWEEN PLANETS? space. what is there? nothing but a Vacuum. very little if any matter exists. also the area between the nuclei of atoms and their electrons, also called space. know what's there? nothing. space is devoid of matter.
note im speaking in physics terms not like when you are talking about what is called space by everyday people.

shadow i see many many uses for the power of space. in fact if i had to give up one of my powers space would be my next choice. however when a power is wielded by someone who doesn't know how to use it, no matter how strong the power is, it's useless. its like having and AWESOME new home cinema setup, with no idea how to set it up or even turn it on or operate them remote. all you end up having is a lot of useless accessories and a big tv you cant use.

Correct,but my post was concerning other posts relating space to something just like black holes (?!). So i stated that things exist in space. And btw,planets are IN space,the same way you shoot a rocket into space. Planets exist in space, so space doesnt exist only AROUND planets... For example: if you,walk inside a sea. Are you not inside the sea,or is the sea the place around you? You get my point of view,i think.
