Academy of War: Origin of Power

Postby ghost 9 » 18 Mar 2012, 00:38

Ghost walked into the headmaster's office, the rest of the group began to file in after him. As the four of them got into the office and sat down infront of the headmaster. "And why are you here?" The headmaster asked them with a sneer. "We wish to join this academy." Ghost replied, the others sitting in silence, tense, and ready to fight should the need arise. "I see..." The headmaster began to say. A conscieness reached out and attempted to touch their minds, trying to pry through each one of the member's minds and memories. He saw the memory of Ghost killing the headmaster, and the memories about the red stone they had discovered and obtained. As he began to go further, Kirstin and Max launched an attack on his consciesness, and then he slumped in his chair unable to do anything any longer. Did you attempt to mess with OUR minds? Ghost's voice boomed inside the man's head. Do you truly believe you can try and overtake us? Do you think you have the power to do such a thing? You may dream that you do, but you are completely ignorent of the extent of our power. We allowed you to see what we did to our former headmaster to show you our true power, and we showed you the stone on purpose. It brought memories to your head. We know that you are aware of the stones and their history. You WILL tell us, whether you do it willingingly or not is up to you. But we can and will rip it from your mind if you force us to. Ghost continued inside the man's head. I also saw that you intend to be in the Dark Hexan Army, and that is why I am giving you this information. The stones are the true connection to our power, though the core of the Earth is the initial connection, those stones are what connects the power in this pocket of space to that universe, to the core of planet Earth, our true original home. They were formed in order to keep and maintain our power even in this new home land. There were six stones, three red to stand for good which were placed in the Dark Hexan's lands, and three black stones to stand for evil which were placed in the Light Hexan's lands. Over the course of our exsistent in this pocket of space, wars have happned, and the stones have been moved from place to place. In our land, there are four; two black and two red. In the Light Hexan's lands, there is two, a red stone and a black one. If you have them all, you control limitless power. No force in exsistence could overpower you. If you can absorb and gather them all, you can manipulate the energies to your whim. In truth, you will be completely and irrecoverably invincible. I have no issue with you collecting them and using their power, for the purpose of the Dark Hexans. I will allow you to go and collect them during your days here, but you must let others, not just your group, absorb the powers that they give. Are those agreeable terms? The headmaster asked. I think we can all agree to those terms. Ghost said with a manniacle tone.

"Everyone, may I have your attention?" The headmaster spoke loud enough for his voice to resonate around the entire domed mess hall. After he spoke, all of the children looked up toward him to see a group of four rough looking children. Murmurs and whispers began to spread around the entire hall within seconds of them laying their eyes upon them. SILENCE! a voice boomed inside all of their heads at the same time. All of the students looked around for the disembodied voice that had spoken to them. Ghost walked forward, his eyes a bright red, his hair a light blonde, and his face drawn back in a snarl. "Calm down." The headmaster said to him, and then he drew back into the group of children. The students in the hall stared at him bewildered. "You are to treat our new students with respect. They are only third years, but they far excede the power that you can comprehend. One of them has even killed a Light Hexan headmaster, and fled across to our border without being caught. They are true prodagies, and are to be given the utmost respect." The headmaster spoke to them with a seriouse expression on his face. Suddenly, Ghost's power surged and everyone could feel the immense amount of energy that he held within him. "We should not be underestimated, my friends, for if you do, it will be on YOUR head." Ghost told them and then left the mess hall and went toward his private study, the group following him. "Classes are to continue as they usually would. You may not skip classes to try and introduce yourself to these new students." The headmaster told them and then sat down, everything returning to what it would've been, as if nothing happened.

I've found something. Max thought toward them all. The other three children got up and went over toward him, and looked at the three books he had laid down infront of him. I've found a likely area for the first stone of ours. Shall we go now, or wait? Max asked, directing his question towards Ghost, but waiting for the entire group to answer. I'm down with it. Ghost replied. As am I. Josh said. Then I guess we're going to do it. Kirstin said with a smile breaking out on her face. We have no clue of what challenge we might face when going to this chamber. The last one was only an easy task because we surprised him, and it was in an academy. Ghost explained to them. This time, we need to be fully armed, and have more power at hand. Ghost continued, and then pulled out the red stone in his pocket. The power surged from it, and then the entire group felt a rush of power and strength. Their bodies began to become more muscular, they felt more energetic, and they felt mentally stronger than they were before. "Now the weapons." Ghost said aloud, and placed his unsheathed blade in the middle. The rest of the group followed his motion, and placed their weapons on the desk infront of them. Ghost set the stone on them, and tapped it. The blades and spear glew red, and then they each took their own flourescent color. Ghost's a blood red, Josh's an unfathomable black, Max's an unresenting green, and Kirstin's a neverending saphire blue. They each grabbed their weapons, and then unfurled their wings, walking towards the main gates to head southwest towards the suspected site. As the gate opened, four Light Hexan soldiers stood, as if they had been waiting in anticipation for a long while...
