I honestly think it would help rp, and there would be a government. Plus there will be wars like in real life.

I have tried to form a country in the past, called the Cofederacy of Galushia, with a democracy, that failed, and the Galactic Federation was a form of oligarchy, and that was a country with a stabalized government, and army force.

Countries in RP, need a lot of people, especially citizens. Like, we'd need non RP'ers to be citizens, people intrested in just joining and having a say. And, make politics and such. But, you would need atleast 50 people in my opinion to form a good RP Country.
