Rp Story: Chapter 8

[Shadowstar1922]

The noise of the people, random dust clouds hitting my face, and peoplep purposely bumping into me began to annoy me. Badly. Though, I kept calm, and continued to walk throughout the streets of this heavily populated city. I gave up standing in one place, handing copies of Big Eyes. I just slammed them on people's cheasts as I walked by them. The picutre said it all, so I didn't have to explain to them or anything. Besides, it actually worked. People took time out of their “busy schedule” (which was the exuse of some people) to pay attention to the flier.
Though, no people had stopped me to say something, to give information or tips to me on where this “Big Eyes” could be. It seemed like, he had just came in, stole the sword, and almost blended in with society. Not leaving a trace, not bothering anyone, nothing. Almost like a ninja. I began to wonder how we even had a picutre of Big Eyes, since he was so sneaky in his recent activities. Maybe this isn't a recent picture. Maybe it's from a long time ago.
I continued to walk, slamming papers into people, and looking for shady characters. I couldn't find anyone who looked shady. They all just walked, rushing to their destination. I sighed. This is hopeless, I thought.
I reached into my pocket to find my phone. I flipped it open to see a missed call from an unkown number. I clicked “Call Back” and waited for it to pick up. I walked over to an ally to avoid the rushing people and noises as I waited for who ever this number belonged to, to call.
“Hello?” I said.
"Who is this?" The women asked. It sounded familiar.
"Well, this is Seth. Who is this?"
"Seth!?! This is Samantha! Thank god it's you! Shadow escaped from the hopistal! I need you to find him. Forget about finding Big Eyes. He's beeing persecuted by Mustache himself." Samantha said urgently
"But, how did you get my number?"
"That's not important, just find Shadow!"
"Is he still sick?"
"Not really. I just need him for the meeting. If he's not present, then the Grass Kingdom might not join the Galactic Federation. Just Find him!"
"What? The Grass Kingdom?"
"Boy, shut up and just find him!" With that anger voice, she hung up.
Oh boy, I thought. Now i gotta go find Shadow.
I took out the communication device used to keep in touch with my Squad, and i typed up a message. "Continue to Find Big Eyes. I need to find Shadowstar, who has escaped. Fill me in on any information you find by text. Do NOT call me during this."
I then pressed "send" and the message sent.
I then sighed. I wasn't sure where the hell Shadow would be. I didn't know much about his likes, so finding what store he would venture to, or even place in the Earth Kingdom. Maybe this isn't all of the Earth Kingdom. Maybe it's just the capital. But, the city was on lockdown, so he couldn't have left.
I walked out of the ally and looked through the crowd. I narrowed my eyes, concentrating on the people, seeing their faces.
"Sup Seth." A voice said, and a hand touched my shoulder.
I freaked out, summoning a small ice knife, and turned toward the figure. I slammed him up to the wall, holding the knife close to his throat. To my surpise, it was Shadowstar!
"Shadow!?! What the hell! Why did you escape from the hospital?"
"Coz i was feeling better, and I was hungry." Shadow replied in a calm voice.
"Why not ask the nurse for food?"
"Because," He said, stretching out the word while slowly pushing me off him, "Hospital food sucks, and i wanted real food."
Shadowstar stood straight up after i completely backed away from him. He brushed his shoulders, pushing dirt off them.
"How's the search going for Big Eyes?" He asked.
"I sent the rest of the squad to find him. Samantha asked me to find you." I responded.
"Really now? And what did she ask you to do?" Shadow asked, sounding a bit curious.
"She asked me to bring you back."
"Why? I'm feeling better."
"She said some people were there, and needed you for the meeting. I'm not really sure."
"Damnit!" Shadowstar screamed. He stomped the floor hard, then slammed his arm in the wall.
"I totally forgot about that," He mumbled.
"Uhh, Shadow?" I asked, confused now.
"I then ran towards the house, and jumped up, landing on the roof. He sprouted wings out of his back. They had a dark purple color to them, with sharp edges at the ends. He then jumped up in the air, and flapped the wings, flying towards the center of the Earth Kingdom.
"Wait, Shadow! Can I come?" I screamed.
"No! Go find Big Eyes!" He yelled back before flying away even faster. Moments passed, and he had completely vanished from sight.
I sighed, and turned away. I walked back into the crowd, and began my search yet again.


Sorry this isn't as good as before. I'm not really able to get on the comp alot, because it's messed up and old, so i tried to finnish this quick.
