Character: Titus Cerulean

Weaponry: Broadsword, 5 feet in length with a blood-groove down the center of the blade
Abilities: Pyromancy and control over liquid
Lore:
Titus was the son of Trey, the seraphim angel and was granted special powers upon birth. Though he was born mortal, due to the gifts he pertained from his father, he was considered above such ranking. Because of his natural ability with weapons, Titus rose through the rankings of sword-play even as a child, becoming the best in his classes. Lack of a father figure, due to his father retaining in heaven apposed to raising Titus himself, he developed many mental blocks. Under immense stress of physical torment, Titus will remove these mental blocks subconsciously to continue on his path of ascending with his father.
When Titus grew to the age of 19, he took head of the Cerulean empire, becoming a great warrior-king. As head of the kingdom he had proven himself many times in not only battle but in mental prowess, though many of his feats remained on the battlefield.
One of the many accomplishments of Titus was the slaying of the half-dragon, Drago. Upon slaying the demonic being Titus had then taken up the ability to control fire from consuming the being's soul. A similar act had taken place when Titus slew the son of Drew, Yamamoto. He devoured the male's soul and gained dominance over all liquid within his immediate vicinity.
Titus continued on his war path as king of the Cerulean, slaying being after being that dared challenge his dominance. There was one he bowed to, and only one he would dare allow to order him. His queen, Trinity. Though there was no formality in the arrangement, she was his queen and he her knight. Given she ever fell into danger, Titus was the one who stepped in to right the wrongs.
Now, Titus resides upon his throne at the heart of the Cerulean Empire, waiting for his next challenge, hoping for something worth wile.

Ruby Rose-Revised
(Yup I'm gonna do this because once volume two comes out I will have to revise again so this is going to be the last time.)
Powers: Her semblance which is the cause of a great burst of speed, even seeming to be somewhere and then at somewhere else in a mere blink and a cloud of rose petals, even when wielding a weapon such as the gigantic scythe, crescent rose. A high calibre sniper scythe with interchangeable modes, it's also a gun, a weapon constructed primarily of Reminiscence, an element only found in the world of Remnant, this element gives it light but strong qualities along with an extremely high melting point of 100,000 degrees Fahrenheit, about the temperature used to study plasma. Reminiscence is not very malleable below it's melting point being very rigid, therefore the makeup of the weapon itself requires a large number of parts to get crescent rose into such a compact form.
She may also use the force known as aura, which she has an amateur to intermediate level of control over to form energy blasts, block small projectiles and even blades, the aura acts as a barrier in order to prevent all physical damage to her or crescent rose, though only her hands can do this,she may also use it to fire a charged shot from crescent rose named the 'buster shot' this projectile is extremely powerful and can seek out targets to a degree and make a hole in ten inches of solid steel and has the side affect of a burning pain around area of impact. Aura does have its limits it is to be noted that Ruby's control over this is fairly limited and she is not adept in using it, which hinders the use of her semblance.
Ruby Rose has a number of physical traits that affect her overall combat proficiency. First of these are her special training under her uncle, Qrow, she mastered the use of her scythe under his wing, admitted to be the best scythe weilder since Qrow himself. Her small stature allows her to use crescent rose to it's fullest by utilising the large recoil from the firing of the gun part in order to give her attacks extra kick to them or even launch herself into the air, this also makes her an admittedly smaller target to hit but without crescent rose her physical attacks do not do much to those to those of a much larger presence than herself, even though she was able to knock a man about a head taller across a shop. She also shows high levels of endurance making treks across long distances with little to no signs of exhaustion or going through a prolonged fight without breaking a sweat.
Her mentality towards a fight also gives her advantages and disadvantages in certain situations. Her childish mentality combined with her impulsive nature can make her reckless which can cause her to make a mistake very easily. (way to cover your bases Potato, way to blame the character and not yourself for crap moves) Her Naïve to the point that her views on the world are utterly based upon hope, making her unshakable in combat. However she does know when to retreat in a combat situation, and knows that she specifically cannot take on certain adversaries, causing her to pull out of a fight if her fighting style will not match up to that of someone else's, it also makes her a fan of 'kiting' causing large enemies to swing around while she dodges and gets several hits in and then rinse repeats. She has a strong sense of moral justice, making her stand up for those who cannot defend themselves very well. She also seems to be bad mannered (out of ignorance, mind you) and sometimes speaks without thinking. Despite all previous factors Ruby has great leadership skills, formed when she became the leader of team RWBY, allowing her to do very well when formulating plans and working with others. Her small deamenor which quite a few describe as 'cute' one even using the words 'adoreable' also give her a little advantage over most non-clinically insane people.

Ruby was taught to help people, along with her half-sister Yang Xiao Long, who shared her desire with her sister to become a huntress, Ruby went to Signal Academy on the far off island of Patch where she studied under her uncle Qrow for several years. When she was thirteen she returned to Vale for a holiday to the news that Summer Rose had been in the snowy forest chased by a huge pack of beowolf. A Grimm, a wolf-like monster among the ranks of Grimm that have been hunting humanity since the beggining of time. And she had flung herself from the cliff. Ruby set off to the forest to witness the spit where they had placed her mothers gravestone.
When she went to visit she was attacked on the way back to Vale by the exact same pack of beowolf that had dogged her mother to an early grave, she slaughtered them all without mercy and returned to signal academy early those holidays.
(Cue, RWBY the show that speaks more words in a better fashion than I could fill this post up with.)
