I'll fight everyone from fwg and win. But since Alpha is fighting everyone i'll join.

1. All energy/spiritual attacks must have one turn of prep, then one turn of discharge
2. Every attack can be countered or avoided
3. No Destruction of planets, though controlled destruction of terrain is acceptable.
4. If your character is killed they are killed, if you think there has been a mistake or a miscall I will call in experienced rpers to make judgement.

And another thing, is this para? Cause doing a war in chat is soooo hard and drab, it's like a temporary occupation, I mean seriously, with my brittish timezone, unless you pull all nighter a for the rest of your life, every effort one day is wiped away every night and every fight.

It is going to be para-based.
