The ranking system goes as follows
Cyan Tier (the best)
Founder/leader
Co-leader
Officer-under-high command
Blue Tier
Captain of the ranks
Field marshal
General
Gold Tier
Colonel
Lieutenant colonel
Master sergeant
Red tier
Cadet under officer
Sergeant
Lieutenant
Warrant officer
Corporal
Lance corporal
Field operative
Black tier (the worst)
Minor captain
Minor sergeant

Ranks are earned upon confirmed kills of Rpers, what happens to your rank is based on the skill of the Rper, and the alignment. Bonuses are given to those who sucsessfulky bring down members of the Scarlet Ensemble.

Those who advance in the ranks are given the benefit of being able to order those under them, that is all for now. Potential future recruit.
