ITPT Most Wanted List.

Recently, a group of ITPT executives decided to release their most wanted list in order to help alert and protect the residents of Tranquility from certain threats.
Name: Dimension.
Appearance:
Abilities: Anatomical control, can manipulate grotesque body parts.
Characteristics: Incredibly violent and remorseless.
Wanted For: Countless murders, Murder of an ITPT officer, crimes against Tranquility.
If seen: Report to the nearest ITPT base, only attack if necessary, avoid at all costs.
Name: Dr Walter Carneliun (Detained)
Abilities: Highly intelligent, known to create robots and implant cybernetics
Characteristics: Remotely controls robots from his lab/base, fairly solitary.
Wanted for: Questioning regarding a missing ITPT officer and alleged Tranquillian rights violations.
If seen: Remain vigilant.
Name: Damien (last name unknown)
Abilities: Control over electricity, can manipulate electrical objects.
Characteristics: Cocky, dislikes authority.
Wanted for: Assault, Breaking and entering, petty theft.
If seen: Keep possessions protected, be aware electronic items on your person may be damaged or used against you.
Name: Alexander
Abilities: Self proclaimed dark angel and murderer, ability to fly.
Characteristics: Unknown
Wanted for: Murder.
If seen: Normally attacks and kills humans, treat with caution.
Name: Dark Ace
Abilities: Access to many high tech weaponry, possible elemental wind control.
Characteristics: Shifting, uncertain personality.
Wanted for: Cyber Crime, murder, vandalism.
If seen: Remain cautious, was not always an immediate threat, sudden change in attitude.
