i feel that we should have one for all the peeps who like to have epic debates. mostly because serious discussion rarely produces those.

and a nice set of rules would probably include that if it gets to the point where you are off topic your topic will be locked.


i just think this would be a good way to be both educate peeps and allow them to voice their opinions in a constructive manner, and also teach them how to win a war of word and wit.

"IS TOOOOO"

ETC.

or there just is no traffic. what so ever. there has been topics that went inactive after 5 days and less than one post per day on a few

Yes, but i cant debate datny on serious discussion.
Basically, if under the serious discussion forum, it should be for really really serious questions that only philosophers and 15 year olds try to answer...

Exactly what hito said, preferably one could start a new topic and include debates right there. Serious discussion is a good choice. General chat may go off topic.
