I was thinking Fwg could have a rank system like
1 week without ban = you become a weeker
1 month without ban = you become a beginnner
6 month without ban = you become a amateur
1 year without ban = you become pro
2 year. Without ban. = you become a demi-god
5 year without bann = God of righteousnes

You can also use military rank
This can apply to active member
