Should we have a Q and A forum addition to this website? There could be a user and mod Q and A section and We could ask each other Questions and reply. Q and A's are good to get to know people and answer questions you may have by going to people who have a good answer.

True But different mods/ chatters can specialize in different topics like opinions in society, pop-culture etc...

I don't, any user can also be asked questions too.Its like get to know you and many forum users do not like chatting so they can be asked questions here because they feel more comfortable and there are no trolls.
