What if it were only allowed to Moderators and CMs?
Meaning regular users can send PMs to multiple mods and cms.

what exactly would be the purpose of that? sure it could be if someone was breaking rules and no mods were on so you could pm all the mods so that one may get into it, but a mod is usually always lurking on the chat

that's why there's the community manager account. all of the community managers have access to it
