The thing is, I don't think its wise to give everyone everything they want either. Life isn't fair, and everything isn't owed to us. Those who get personal smileys are those who do the whole "play and comment" thing and if they want to keep those smileys then they have to keep up with their commenting huh.
The rp room has tons of smileys and its very rarely that someone spams them all. I was just thinking that maybe having more smileys would be fun and get people to talk more and interact.
Users who complain about not getting to use other peoples personal smileys need to realize that sometimes other people get things that they don't get, whether online or in real life. That's just how things are and I don't think its right to not do something just because there are people who like to complain.

As far as I'm aware, you can already get a personal smiley by commenting on games.
