Just as the title says, more specifically the spam rule.
As in what generally qualifies as spam? or Flooding? I mean the way the rule is in its current state leaves it open to interpretation allowing anything and everything to be interpreted as spam if one decides so. We should at the very least have a definition or some guiding criteria on what spam/flooding is so that it is more clear what is or isn't allowed.
