If it is at all possible, could the mods look into it. I know the thing has been tossed around for years, but even on the new relaxed rules it feels like he is definitely breaking spamming regulations as well as irritating SEVERAL Fwgers

And to settle a volume of opinions question I'm putting it to poll, I just don't feel like someone with that regard for the community should be allowed to return.

I thought they've tried, but it hasn't worked because he uses a rotating ip? So like unless they close the registration, there's not much that can be done?

Is this a #flexible solution to the problem?

I definitely agree that he should be banned. Permanently.

It is extremely sad that he has changed into this weird, spamming troll type person.

Its also really sad that a lot of people use the "ignore" option on him, so basically the poor guy is talking to himself. But there really isn't any getting through to him.

Its pretty much a win/lose situation.

I am actually glad you brought up the "ignore" option. Because it DOES NOT work on Netsky for long, I found this out when after ten minutes most likely the ip changed but even after unignoring and reignoring him Netsky was still able to bypass it.

I find his postings amusing... it's more like background noise when the chat is quiet...
