This is actually harder than it looks.
A few years back I was involved with such an internet radio. We did do things live though, which makes things a bit more complicated.

you'll need:
a server (streaming or hosting depending if it's live or on demand)
Software on your computer to record and broadcast
and of course a microphone

I think it's best not to mention copyrights at this point in time...

i know, but when i do do the show, i want to allready have it planned out. That way i can fly through it in, hopefully, an hour-hour and a half

That is true. You could always pick up a server from the website. I believe they have a list of servers. And FreeWorldGroup.com is already copyrighted. If FWG lets Ghost use the name for the radio show, then it could be fine.
