Switching clocks?

if you know fwg is on a 24 hour clock, regular time is a 12 hour clock.This confuses me because all the later post say "17:45" or something like that.So if we could switch it i think it would help alot of people here with reading un-read posts

left upper corner under the board index you'll find "user control panel"
click it, click the tab saying board preferences
edit global settings, watch below, my date format, change it.
