Walk in with a Slender Man costume, stand in the stalls, when someone walks in, bang on the stall they are sitting in, them peek your head over the wall and watch them crap themselves :3
I have some funny ones, but I will post a new topic on it, 'How to Annoy/creep out the person in the stall next to yours.'

Buy a cucumber and a bottle of soap, walk up to the counter and when they ask if you want it put back in your trolley loudly yell "IN MY WHAT?!?!?!"
