To explain it better I believe Lukia Means to say if you like the song or dislike it So you would turn up the volume or turn it down.

Turn it Down Justice-waters of nazereth Alright Children, A little lesson.Over there we have Dubstep,which is defined largely by its trademark "wub wub wub" sounds.Over here there's electro which is more melodic sounds...then there's Justice which can't really be explained,only experienced.
