1. There will be ten players and one moderator. The game will be fairly short, as two people die every turn.

2. The moderator will take the players and roll their names for different parts. Eight villagers, three mafia.

3. The first turn is night, then day. During the night, the mafia discusses who they kill, and each sends a vote to the moderator on who they shoot. That person is then found dead the next morning! Then, that morning, the village assembles and votes on a person to lynch for the crime of killing that poor villager.

4. All voting is anonymous for lynching. In the event a villager is lynched, by either the mafia or the villagers, they must come up with a little story on how they go out. Make it interesting.

5. The first team to die loses.

Villagers may have special roles, they may choose to keep them secret.

1. Mayor - In the event of a tie, the mayor chooses. The mayor may be a member of the mafia, so watch out.

2. Sheriff - In the event the Sheriff is killed, they, in their being lynched, fire off a shot into the crowd, killing a villager of their choosing. Could be useful against or for the mafia.

3. Agent - Always a member of the mafia. However, their goal is to work against them. This can be risky if the mafia finds out, but it is for the good of the village.

4. Psychic - Can ask the moderator the identity of a player once every other turn. They can share this information, and others can choose whether to believe them or believe they're in the mafia. This is dangerous either way.

5. Bartender - This bartender knows everyone. They know all about how they work, and what they're up to. They have good connections everywhere. They can play for either side, once a turn they can stop one action from happening.
