Current Implementation

Default topic increment: $1.00
The default amount of cash a user receives when they create a new topic. Can be negative.

Default reply increment: $0.25
The default amount of cash a user receives when they post a reply to a topic. Can be negative.

Login increment: $0.10
The amount of cash a user receives for logging in today. Can be negative.

Ending 2x and 4x early, due to an overwhelming amount of people interacting and taking advantage of 2x and 4x!!! We might reconsider for special events or when people start spending.

Technically no, only newer comments (August 2015 onwards count towards getting Fr00k$)
