the whole point of shows like family guy and american dad are suppose to be offensive in order to make offensive people look idiotic. that's the whole point. the creators of these shows don't hold these views to heart. they make homophobic, sexist, racist, transphobic, etc look like dumbasses

like american dad's episode on gay adoption. the show made stan look like a barbaric savage stealing kids. like come on. american dad and family guy attack so many hateful people

Honestly, I think Family Guy is garbage because their way of tackling domestic abuse was intiially "stay in an abusive situation so it won't upset others (Seahorse Seashell Party)", which quickly changed to "when a woman is abused it is her fault for staying in the relationship and therefore she should not be considered a woman (Screams in Silence)".
