It's predicted that we in Belgium are going to have one.

last year we had one in China. Really heavy snowfalls. This year it's gonna be a cold dry one

The grounds aren't covered, but snow falls here and there, off and on several times, soo idk.

Unfortunately no. Its 46 degrees Fahrenheit ,7 Celsius,

and i dot think it will get any colder.
