To get a Profile Picture, go to the "User Control Panel", click "Profile".
Then, on the left side there are tabs, click "Edit Avatar".
There are three options. "Upload from your machine", which lets you browse your pictures and you may select one.
"Upload From URL". I really have no idea what that one does, sorry.
And "Link Off-Site". You can go to Google Images or whatever site and copy the URL where the picture is located. Paste it on the line provided.
Now, there is a "Avatar Dimension" thing. It can go to 90 px by 90 px.
You can pick anything in between that.
That's how you get a profile picture. Have fun! (:
