J3r, Alabama sucks. I live in a county with the largest municipal debt in history. We're always 49th (of the 50 states) in education, health, anything (thank God for Mississippi). No one from the north takes us seriously. There was a call to secession in the newspaper. We have Nascar. It's hotter than hell.
