Which would you choose?

Okay so I've been reading up on this girl, Darby, on facebook. The basis is she was on the bumper of a van playing and the van over a bump and she hit her head. The doctor gave the parents 2 decisions-give her a breathing thing so she can continue living or pull the life support and they will see what happens (but the prediction was she was going to die). BUT if she was to ever wake up she would be deaf,retarded,blind,not able to walk, and paralysed on her left side-would you let Darby live or just say to pull the plug? I know this sounds awful but I would have let her die BECAUSE I personally think she would have been much better off dead and in heaven or wherever then possibly waking up and being deaf,retarded,blind,not able to walk,and paralysed on her left side.
Which would you chose?

(Note Darby is awake and all of those things except she is starting to get sight back)

just to add, if I had the choice and I knew my quality of life would be crap, I wouldnt want to be kept alive on a ventilator. Let nature takes its course and move on to whatever is to come after death.

We cannot presume to know Darby's wishes about how or if she wants to live her life, so I say to see if you can't wake her up. I also frankly believe that we're all talk when it comes to our own deaths, and would be horrified and afraid to die when the time comes.
