Writing Section!

So here is a Poem I have to say in front of my class, Forget what the type of poetry is called but I have to say it with "emotion", I would like some suggestions on how I can make this better.
It is regarding Bullying


Deep within, there is no one who can help.
Even when, from deep within, I scream and yelp.
No solution is far greater than just reversing the cycle of pain.
The beauty of having someone's blood on my fists removes the dark clouds and rain.

Oh, the Pain of what seems eternity slowly seeps out.
I go on a complete rampage, kick, scream, and shout.
I quickly escalate from the victim, to the villain of the tell.
The one's who targeted me soon experience a living hell.

With my hands around their neck, I lose control of my instincts.
I slowly, but surely, become the monster from deep within.
I pop their neck like a popsicle stick.
Now that I want to stop, I can't.

Instead of holding in my anger, it releases itself.
I no longer control my body, it has a mind of it's own
with the mission of complete annihilation.

Bullies, a bunch of idiots, they're lucky I control my disorder.
They don't realize that when I snap, I don't stop until I destroy everything around me.
My demons comfort me so I don't turn into a beast, because when That beast is unleashed, it makes a chew toy out of everything.

From deep within comes the end, because a couple of idiots decided to set the timer to start ticking.

So there he was, that one guy named Jay. Jay turned around as some ninjas came up behind him, and with the sleight of Jay's feet, he kicked his trust skateboard into his hand, turned, and brought that board straight into the Ninja's face. Jay turned, and crouched, beginning to whail on the ninja with the skateboard, using it as a blunt weapon. The other ninjas looked at Jay like, 'wat', but Jay was like, 'Bish please.'. Jay ran at the rest of the ninjas, and beat them each individually with his skateboard. The Ninjas that weren't getting beat watched their fellow ninjas get beat by Jay. So Jay, after finishing the rest of the ninjas, snapped the board over his knee and yelled into the sky, falling to his knees. He realized that, he shouldn't have chosen being a ninja beater as his career. He wanted to be a dancer...

That has a lot of potential, actually, now that I think about it.

I'm going to attempt to resuscitate this topic because I write angsty poetry when I'm drunk bored and I feel like you all need to see it.

This one is called "Intimacy".

My words will never make a suitable home
For what it is I'm feeling.
Wayward as my sentiments are-
Weary they remain.

And in you I will never find
What it is I think I need-
A heart
A home
A father.
I ask against my will.

Forgive me my sins
Against the pretense we've created.
Our final stretch of common ground
Is the silence that we choose.

The love I'm holding hostage
Is nothing but dead weight-
I'm bending to the burden
Of the blind eyes that you turn.
