Thanks to everyone for their generous input yesterday! Today, as Boxy requested, I will be choosing from the electro pop genre. I hope she won't kill me for leaning a little into pop/rock!

Today's Tune: Midnight City
Artist: M83
Genre: Electro pop/rock
Why I like it: It never fails to pump me up. Though there aren't many lyrics, the few it does have are well placed and fit well with the backbeats. An amazing song to drive around to, makes me imagine driving in a busy city at night... coincidentally that is exactly what the name seems to imply. Enjoy! Don't forget to leave a rating, critique, and genre!

Tomorrow I will be choosing from the metal genre, due to a previous request, however any genres mentioned will be put in my queue!

I'm reminded that I should be getting over it.

Thanks so much for all the feedback! I'm so happy to find others who enjoy music I enjoy. Today, as requested, I am choosing from the metal genre!

Today's Tune: Kashmir
Artist: Led Zeppelin
Genre: Classic Metal/Rock
Why I Like it: Who doesn't like Led Zeppelin, seriously? One of the founders of the metal genre, they will always be close to my heart. I own the II album in vinyl, and In Through The Out Door, one of my absolute favorites, on cassette tape. When I have the money, I will try to buy every single one of their albums. A band that will never go out of style. Live on Zeppelin, live on.

If you'd like a more current metal song, just let me know. Also, don't forget to keep leaving critiques and genres! Thanks for your interest in the topic!

Well, since I didn't receive any genre suggestions this time, I get to choose my own. So! Here we go!

Today's Tune: All I Wanted
Artist: Paramore
Genre: Rock
Why I Like It: There was a time when I hated Paramore, but it was only because I'd never really listened to them. I just didn't like the fact that so many others listened to them. But when I finally did, I realized how freaking amazing they are. Hayley is probably my biggest inspiration. If I could sing like her I would be the happiest person ever. All I ever want to do is spread music to the world, see it light up other people like it lights up me. Anyway, this song kinda speaks to that part of me.

Don't forget to leave a critique, rating, and genre for tomorrow! Thanks for checking out my topic.

HECK YEAH LET'S DO THIS

Today's Tune: Centuries
Artist: Fall Out Boy
Genre: Alternative Rock
Why I LIke it: Okay my best friend absolutely hates this song, I'm guessing a lot of it is because it's so popular right now, but it freaking pUMPS ME UP. Every time I hear this I want to film myself throwing glass bottles at a brick wall and then put it in slow motion and then watch it. Literally this song goes so hard.

Remember to leave a critique, rating and genre! Woohoo!

Today Mmm has requested that I pick from INDIE-PUNK, so let's get this show on the road!

Today's Tune: Heads Will Roll
Artist: Yeah Yeah Yeahs
Genre: Indie-Punk
Why I Like It: Seriously Karen O's voice is unique as heck. It's just a very angsty piece and I love that driving beat. Plus, I can't not love a song with great guitars, great drums, and a great vocal bit, plus a little synth. I feel like I should wear my leather skinny jeans and a torn plaid shirt while listening to this. Love punk.

Don't forget to leave a critique, rating, and new genre for me to pick from tomorrow! Enjoy the music!

Marvella has requested that I choose from the dubstep genre today, and I have the perfect song!

Today's Tune: Cinema
Artist: Benny Benassi ft. Gary Go - remixed by Skrillex
Genre: Dubstep
Why I Like It: I think the lyrics are really clever. I probably would not have been able to come up with them. Also, his voice fits the music well. I found this song on Forza Horizon, and it is perfect to race to let me tell you. But most importantly...
THAT BASS DROP THO

Don't forget to leave a critique, rating, and new genre! See you tomorrow!

Fui has requested that I do Nu-Metal today, so Nu-Metal it will be!

Today's Tune: Toxicity
Artist: System Of A Down
Genre: Nu-Metal
Why I Like It: I will never be able to get over Serj's voice. It's so freaking beautiful, which is crazy when you realize how perfectly it fits with this head-banging beat. Seriously though sometimes I just really love a good angry song, and this fits the bill. Well, really, any System Of A Down fits the bill. Amazing music.

Don't forget to leave a critique, rating, and genre! Enjoy!

Mmm has suggested the House genre. So let's do it!

Today's Tune: Language
Artist: Porter Robinson
Genre: House
Why I Like It: It's really kind of dubstep-ish, but the two genres seem to get mixed a lot. Anyway, it's got a great beat, and it's ethereal in feel. The vocals are also nice once they mix in. A good song to just sit back and listen to once in a while, when you need to chill out a bit.

Remember, critiques, ratings, and genres are awesome!! PLEASE! Anyway yeah, thanks!
