I Doubt Your Purely Egyptian....To me It is highly,and i mean Highly,Unlikely that anyone in this world is of one nationality...Meaning your family must have never migrated,had no one else born anywhere else out of egypt,and had no cross breeding....

Although it is highly unlikely, I don't see why you're doubting him. You never know. It's best to go along with what he says because it can be true.

So many ethnics have ranged in Egypt.
Popular ones:
Roman, Jewish, British, Greek, Macedonian, Persian, Kushites(ancient Sudanese people) and very modern times, Muslims.

I do agree, there's a slim chance of being purely Egyptian, in both culture and nationality.
