I was going to say, if you want to have this thing work out you'll also have to clarify what will be necessary beyond time. I.E will the individual need to download certain software etc.

You know Munter did/does a radio show, ask him for advice if you want.

What we could potentially do is set up a channel on something like Justin.tv (this was taken down so we'd have to use some other streaming source)
Justin TV was a live streaming service that allowed for video, meaning if we wanted we potentially could allow the casters to do an actual Video Stream rather than limiting them to just audio.
Just a potential idea to throw into the idea pool.
If this becomes a thing, there should also be a certain person or small group of people who approve of content that is used in each cast. Making sure music streams are lawful (no use of licensed music without proper permission, essentially meaning they check to see that the songs are either royalty free and allow that type of usage, or we have some type of license or written consent.) Making sure content is appropriate for the target audience, obviously FWG users so pg-13 material. Whether it be topics our through legitimate scripts.
This group would of course have to be voluntary, so group of volunteers would be nice to have so that not one person is approving everything o.o
Depending on what resource is used for this someone or a few people should have access to the email that runs the account. Some people who are on quite a bit if possible. That way if there are any problems with logging in, the casters can easily get the problem resolved.
We should also begin working out set time slots for people to use. Possibly start out at 30 minutes max time slots to get a general feel as to how people use the time how much time people need.
We could also potentially think about what to do about when no one's content is live. Run reruns of previous casts (if that's possible)? Have a music playlist of royalty free music running for the off time?

Idk if I'm thinking too big for FWG right now so please tell me if I am, again these are just ideas I'm throwing into the pool to keep this going. I really want this to be a thing.

*EDIT* While looking around I found what I was looking for when I thought of 'royalty free music' Which was Creative Commons. Although I believe you would get the general idea of what I mean when I say royalty free ^_^
