Awkward Moments

So I'm taking an Intercultural Communications class this semester and I'm sure it wouldn't be so bad if the teacher weren't in her 70's and ONLY talking about the "mature" (aka old) people and always giving us her stupid life stories during class. . . In other words, the class is not going where it should be, not only that but she never explains what she wants from us in the assignments. Gah! I hate that class! >.< Nevertheless I digress. Here is TODAYS awkward moment. . .

The teacher set us up in different groups to teach the class about certain topics. My group had AARP and one of the other groups had LGBTQ (Lesbian, Gay, Bi, Transgender and Queer) The two people in my group were total jerks and wouldn't fill me in on anything that we were going to be discussing in front of the class so when we got up there I looked like an idiot standing there not knowing what to do (everyone staring at me awkwardly) while they gave the whole discussion. (that pissed me off to no end).
THEN the LGBTQ group got up and proceeded w/ their discussion. . . Well, the one girl in the group of 3 boys suddenly felt the need to tell the entire class, in the middle of the discussion that she was a lesbian. . .
The most awkward part about this, is she sits right next to me and I couldn't figure out why she made me feel so uncomfortable, until today. . .

I'm sitting in the hall waiting for my class to start, hanging out on FWG, OBVIOUSLY preoccupied and the most awkward guy in the class walks over and sits next to me and starts talking and reading over my shoulder. . .then he hugs me and walks away. . .WTF?

I think he was trying to interact socially. TRYING.

That moment when you're watching (a non-echi, clean, and fun) anime, your mom comes to ask you something, and you pause it when the subtitles read something like "or you'll get me aroused" when a creepy clown guy is standing in an erotic pose.

Yup.

That awkward moment when you're cleaning the dining area at work and you're laying on the bench trying to clean the wood area underneath the chair and your manager comes out and makes a comment about how tempting it is to slap your ass. . . and then your co-worker comes out and compliments your ass and then you manage to get your hips stuck between the table and the chair and have to be pulled free. . . Closing shift on a Sunday, gotta love em -humiliated-
