His pictures make him look like a normal human, but how do we know that some aliens don't look like humans? And how do we know that those pictures were actually of him, or not manipulated, or that he wasn't wearing a ckstume or makeup? He himself currently claims to be a Bugblatter Beast of Traal, but there has been discontinuity in what he claims to be. And we only have his word that he is a Bugblatter Beast of Traal. The only thing we can know for sho is that he is lying. He can't be both a human and a Bugblatter Beast of Traal. But why would he pretend to be something else? And why, after all this time of telling us that he is a Bugblatter Beast of Traal (among other things) would he post a picture, allegedly of himself, being a human?
Personally, I think he's an alien.
