Wrong A decapitated head is still able to see and hear for 15 minutes
Where the hell are you getting your information from? A decapitated head won't be able to function without a movement of blood to circulate the oxygen, which won't be possible.. The decapitated head would go unconscious and die in a matter of seconds if not instantly.

the only "evidence" is this: "Accounts of the execution of Mary Queen of Scots in February 1587 in England claimed that he lips moved for nearly 15 minutes after her head was cut off by an axe." that's not exactly evidence, a human head alone can definitely not survive for more then a few minutes at most, if even that
