Mops Vs. Brooms

Postby mop » 03 Apr 2013, 23:38

Which one is better? Brooms seem to be used a lot more than mops. This might be because of Mickey Mouse, Harry Potter, or the witches in children's stories but who knows. If Mickey used mops instead of brooms, there wouldn't have been a flood. In Harry Potter, they used brooms and he got thrown off of it. The witches that are depicted in children's stories use brooms. But why? Is it because of their appearance?

Mops can be used for a lot more things than brooms. Brooms don't work when they get wet, but with mops they use water to clean. This might be one reason why brooms are more popular in the world. Especially in those places that have a limited water supply, like Africa. Brooms can also get into those tight spaces and clean them better than mops. Mops come in various sizes and some are futuristic.

I'm not really sure which one is more popular, but it seems like you here about brooms more than mops. So, which one do you think is better?

Mops. I use both of them weekly, but mops make much better warhammers. Brooms can be polearms but they don't work as well, and they don't have a ranged attack (if you swing a wet broom, water flies at the enemy).

Mops are good at cleaning up wet or sticky things while brooms are good with dust and dirt and dead things. They both have positive attributes and situations when they are appropriate. However if I had to use one in battle I would pick a mop... with some ball bearings weaved into it.
