So, I will start this topic by talking about Rune Factory 4



Rune Factory 4 is the latest installment of the Rune Factory: A Fantasy Harvest Moon series. Rune Factory 4 is playable on 3DS and 2DS handheld devices. Rune Factory 4 is a Simulation/Roleplay game developed by Neverland Co. and published by Marvelous AQL.
This game added many new features, such as adding a period where you date the person you wish to marry, (yes, this game includes being able to marry people, just FYI.) Instead of just being friends and then marrying. Other things are listed on the Wiki.
In this game you choose from two characters you wish to play as (one boy and one girl.) They're named Lest and Frey. It doesn't matter what character you choose, the story doesn't change.

Fun Facts About Rune Factory 4:

It is the first game in the series to not have "A Fantasy Harvest Moon" in the title.

The male protagonist's name, Lest, means "for fear that."

THE NEXT RUNE FACTORY IS ALREADY BEING WORKED ON!
Ahem.
Exact details on the game have not been released, but it will most likely be released on Nintendo 3DS and Nintendo 2DS devices.
I also read that the name for the new game will most likely not be Rune Factory 5, it will be something more original. But, there is a chance that it WILL be Rune Factory 5.

I'm hoping for some new characters, I think it'd be pretty nice. People were hoping for a character customizing mechanic, but I dunno, I feel like it'd take out the whole Role-Playing part of the game. Maybe more than one character to choose from? Like, one with brown hair and grey eyes, one with green hair and purple eyes. I don't know, I don't care what they add, I'm still excited!

I really hope it's released on 3DS, because Console RF games aren't the best.. I think the handheld RF games are the most fun. But that's my opinion!
