Visual Snow

Now, the name of it sounds pretty interesting, cool maybe.
But it's honestly not, at least to most it's not.
Visual Snow is...I don't quite know what to call it...a syndrome? a disorder? I don't quite know, but it's a thing where the person 'suffering' from it essentially sees something that looks like snow/tv static in their entire visual field.
Apparently when people get it varies, some people are born with it, others develop it later on in life.

I only found out about it recently when I asked a few of my friends I talk to on TeamSpeak about whether or not they see static in their vision. Of course they said no, but this wasn't an answer I was expecting. As I have had visual snow for as long as I can remember, I never paid much attention to my vision and had assumed everyone else saw the world the same as I did. Guess that's one of the problems with it for those who have had since they can remember, it's not weird to them at all.

Just wanted to spread a bit of awareness about it, it's not really "serious" in most cases, it's just something interesting to know about that I felt would maybe pique somebody's interest. As there is no cure or real effective way to treat it(afaik) people just generally have to deal with it.

When it's dark out,my vision gets staticy, but it's all a bunch of floating balls of colorful colors that bounce around and when I think hard enough, I can manipulate them into shapes and creatures.

My vision only blurs when I wake up from a nap in a moving veichle. IDK why would that be considred as visual snow? I thought your vision only goes staticy if theres not enough of blood pumping into your head?
