You Learn Something Everyday

There goes a saying that "You learn something new everyday" and I'm a strong believer in this. Whether it be something you learned in school, something you learned about life or even something you learned about yourself.

Some stuff I learned today:
1. Voir Dire is french for "to speak the truth" and is a legal term that refers to the process of selecting jurors that are best suited and fully capable of serving on a jury.
2. I managed to remain in the plank position for a whole 7 minutes and 30 seconds, a time i never thought id be able to do.
