I know nothing technical about Pcs, except how to use steam and such but if people were up for it we could go for a big ol' game where we raise our nations from the bottom to now and beyond, anyone who is up for it post on this topic and contact me by Pm and we will work out how to do this.

i am totally up for this. I have the Brave New World expansion pack but i have a hard time opening my Civilization game because every time i click n it to play, it will play all the movie thingies but then immediately crash and not go into gamemode. it'll load right before you can begin a game then bom dead.

i'll try to fix it, and if i do then i'll totally play with you guys.

I'm pretty sure we wouldn't be able to play multiplayer if you don't have it, so you should.

i also checked civ 5 and it fully loaded without crashing, so if you're up for it and so are others, i'm down to play.

I'm bringing this topic back to the front page to try to get this thing to be done.
I recently installed Civ 5 and all the dlc so I've been meaning to have a huge game with a few people in like a tiny chat or something to sit down and play some civ 5 for a few hours. Or days.

Also, you don't necessarily need all the DLC. It is possible to do multiplayer without said DLC, we just have to have whoever creates the game disable all dlc.

Have Civ V, and also the crash problems I used to have were fixed when I switched to windowed mode.. usually always fixes it.
