Requires no explanation. Google it nubs. I first saw blue and black but I've since taught my brain to voluntarily switch between the two, at will.
For the record, the actual dress is in fact black and blue.

I see white and gold and no matter how hard I try I cannot see the black. Sometimes a little blue, but only as a sky blue. It hurts my eyes.
